OUTDOOR SKILLS

The Outdoor Skills area of camp provides many learning experiences for scouts during summer camp.  We offer 3 different meritbadges and our highly rated first year program for begining scouts.

FLIGHT SCHOOL

The First Year Camper Program offers Scouts the opportunity to learn outdoor and basic Scout skills. This program is designed and dedicated to first year resident camp Scouts in order to provide a structured schedule. The courses team Scouts with experienced Camp Staff members in order to help them progress and prepare for the next rank advancement. This program offers up to 28 rank requirements for Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class ranks and lasts two consecutive sessions Monday-Thursday. The rank of Scout and first year merit badges (not metioned here) are recommended for new scouts.
